ROX CONTROL HTN Registry: To Evaluate the ROX Coupler in Patients with Resistant or Uncontrolled Hypertension

This registry is currently enrolling.  It is open to 1) hypertensive patients on stable and fully-tolerated drug regimens consisting of 3 or more hypertensive medications (resistant hypertension) or 2) hypertensive patients with documented drug intolerances (uncontrolled hypertension).

ROX Randomized Trial for Resistant Hypertension (RH-02)


This study is closed to enrollment. The study was open to patients who have uncontrolled Stage II hypertension despite being on maximum dosages of three drugs including a diuretic, per ESH Guidelines. The endpoints include changes in 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and office blood pressure at 6 months.

ROX Trial for Resistant Hypertension - Pilot Study (RH-01)

This study has completed enrollment at two centers in Europe.

 


The WALK Trial has completed enrollment and there are currenly no additional U.S. trials at this time

 

The purpose of the WALK Trial is to study the safety and effectiveness of the Coupler and to assess whether patients with severe and very severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) can achieve a greater exercise capacity, a reduction in hypoxemia, an overall reduction in COPD symptoms, and improved condition with the device.
